As the introduction to Python/Jupyter ecosystem, the assignment encourages self-explore manipulating, interpreting, and analyzing data. The dataset is retrived from Stanford Open Policing Project Data, which documents the traffic stop records in the city from 2007 to 201. The study is conducted to identify if there exists potential relations of traffic crime to race groups.

In a memo format,this final analyis is divided into three sections to discuss the methodologies, statistical findings, limitations, and reflections.
